Unfortunately, NoflopsHomer couldn't make it today, he has a bit of a cold, I'm his replacement, 'LoadsofSnotHomer'.

Well done to AndrewT.

what he do???

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

S Javadi takes a chunky pot off Ash Hussain, he checked-called her 5k bets on the flop and turn of a board but folded to her 15k bet on the river.

Board  =

Greek Jack checks, S Javadi bets 16k, Jack moves in for 13.5k more and Javadi makes the expected call.

Jack turns over Pocket Eights, but it's not over just yet because Javadi has A-J.

No Ace on the River and Jack doubles through.

Big sigh of relief at the end too, so he's clearly feeling the tension.

A dark horse to win perhaps?

Rob Garfield has several k in front of him now from his initial 4,700.

"Is that a double up," I asked.

"Well, effectively," he replied. "Won a few hands and had a walk in the blind."

Martyn Cavanagh knocked out a shorty with A-A against A-Q, sadly shorty dashed off sharpish before we could identify him.

Matt Tyler is OUT.

Got himself in a sticky position with not toooooo many outs in the pack.

All-in on a board of , Matt's was looking rather vulnerable against Mick McCool's three diamonds.

As Karl and me said, "He had the 9 of Diamonds to hit, not sure what he was standing up for."

Bit of banter at Table Cavanagh.

Ash to Mick McCool: "When you do it you call it an outflop, when someone else does it you call it an outdraw."  Cheesy

Simon Zach and Alan Davies have a raising war and get it all in preflop, Alan McLean gets out of the way.

Davies:

McLean (who passed):

Two Clubs

Turn:
