Tail end of a multi

$30 rebuy tourno with about 200 runners. Prizes remaining were something like $3600, $2400, $1600, $950.
Having made the final pretty low in chips I had (somehow!) managed to be pretty patient and nick the blinds at the right moments. Managed to take the chip lead 5 handed but then had an AQ v 99 race go against me and so in this hand i'm right back in the thick of things.
Player B came to final one of chip leaders and has been pretty solid, only showing down some big hands to maintain the lead. Then this hand comes up:

I think he has AQ AJ or A10 so
call & see a flop
All in

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

I'm suspisious of his minium raise but then he could have multitude of reasonable starting hands, it all depends on how much more you know about him.
a) I think the problem is calling here you now have a massive pot with crap cards (the pot will be 110,000 you have around 90,000 left) so its going to be difficult to let go, particuly if you catch a part of it, so I would fold and look for a better place.
b) QQ is a hppier holding, whilst not great cards I would seriously think about pushing here, I like to play good hands aggresivly becasue it disguses when I play bad hands aggresivly so I would push here. I might think about calling then looking at the flop then moving on the flop if no ace apears, if an ace apears, if he checks, is he the type of player to trap with an ace in the pocket? If he raises with a ragged flop is he likely to be making a continuation bet with smaller pp? The all-in pre-flop releaves you of any complcated questions.
c) I think AK is a definate push, ok he might have AA or KK and if he dose you got unlucky. He might have a smaller pocket pair in which case if he calls its a 50/50 race but he's also quite likely to have an A with a smaller kicker. If he dose have an A then realy you want to call and hope an A hits (or you get a ragged flop he buffs with) in which case you double up but I don't think you can be that specific. Push all-in, you pick-up a nice pit and some momentum if you take it there and then, if he calls you I still think you will be ahead more than your behind.

As soon as he made the min raise it caused alarm bells due to his previous play on the final and I thought he had a big pair. Unfortunately I had something of a brain freeze as is often the case late on in tournaments and shoved anyway with AK.
He in fact held JJ which held up and put me out.
After further reflection I actually think that JJ was his minimum holding there with QQ, KK, and AA being the only other possibilities. I think medium pairs he calls or pushes and small pairs calls or passes. Also a big ace is going all in.
If I could repeat the same scenario (with a new random flop!) I would call and then avoid losing the rest of my stack if I miss.
One day I'll actually learn something from these types of situations and follow my own advice....!!

Bah, i think ur line is fine Jamie. How can he call with JJ? Fish.
Normally i put minimum raisers on big big hands that want action and dont mind seeing a flop.
BTW,
QQ im shoving, never laying it down here.
78s, im calling, then shoving on any rag non ace board after he has min bet me.
AK im shoving now, ill race and he should fold JJ after the re-raise if he's any good.
But them i am a fish.

Jamie don't be a moron its just a hand that plays itself, unlucky.
Alex passing JJ here is crazy! I know you are a rock at times but even Tighty goes broke with JJ there.

I'm thinking he has a strong hand but I can't get away from Queens or AK suited here which I go all in with. I guess you could see a flop with 78 suited cos it's not a huge raise, or fold.

Just read your post...
Don't think you can get away from shoving AK there 5 handed Jamie, the hand kinda played itself...
