Just read this on his blog regarding a big hand from this year
Whats everyones opinions on what hand his opponent holds considering the amount he has in his stack
$100/$200 6 handed NL Hold'em on Betfair. I have $60000 stack. I make it $700 to go with AK. One caller in small blind. Loose aggressive player with big stack. Flop AAK. How does this become a $120000 pot? Ridiculous. He checks... i check. Turn 5. He checks... i bet $1600 he calls. River a Q. He leads for $2000. I make it $8000. He makes it $24000. I push all in expecting a split pot. He calls and mucks. Yikes.
I think only qq, with possibly kk a slight second

I think he did well ot get action..
surely AQ and A5 are also probables but villain is surely could have got away from this for a much cheaper price.

Pretty sure you can still get away from this with > $30k if you have KK. |

With hardly any action until the river i'd say its more likely to be AQ than KK - AQ is losing to just AK whereas KK is losing to AA, AK, AQ and A5. I'd find it easier to lay down KK in this spot as there are more hands that have you beat. Whether i'm good enough is another question  |

Playing Ben though, i posted in his Birthday thread a hand from earlier where a guy calls $13k on a AQ24Q board into a $13k pot vs Ben with KK! He gets little respect. |

Depends but unless he gives more action than a pissed up essex bird this is mental. I know he has a rep for highly lag play but seriously, the opponent must be special. Thats my conclusion. |
