Well, a lot has gone on since xmas... I now have a new job as customer call centre advisor for Autoglass, I've just completed my 3 weeks training and am now in "polishing" for another 3 weeks until I'm put in my team. After my initial interview they basically gave me a promotion before i'd even started training, I'm going in to a team that is more of a challenge. I heard that a few team managers were fighting for me but I got into the "Local" team. This means it involves more selling and I get a very juicy bonus every month, I'm the first person to ever go straight in because you usually have to wait 2 years to go from National to Local teams. So I'm happy! The feedback I got was excellent and she said she can see me becoming a team manager in no time Shocked (Can't quite imagine me being a bossy madam!)

As well as the new job, I've fallen in love again... but that's a very long story!

I also have a new-ish car which I absolutely adore, I've made new friends at work, and I'm happy living back at home with my Mum in Luton. I've got a baby sister due in June and it's my 20th birthday next week.

Lots of positive things have happened, and lots of things to look forward to! (Just don't ask how the poker is going!)

I hope everyone is feeling as happy as I am right now!

Love a very very happy Poppet! Grin xxx

Answer: No, because people have been calling moaning today that they've put their car in for MOT and want us to come out NOW to fix the windscreen, yeah right!
