Ok new software downloaded. The dosh seems to have disappeared from my account, from my blue sq download I vaguely remember we had to do something to to transfer the dosh to my account on the new software, what do I do?

My username on Tribeca was Andrew-T. It doesn't seem like iPoker like hyphens though so I think my username is on the reject pile.
No rush to fix it though.

Please feel free to allocate the incorrect amount to my account - as long as you put in more than was there previously. I won't complain at all.

Well, I have to say out of the 4 tribecca accounts I had, blonde is the only one that has gone hitch free for me.

Right guys ... we werent supposed to go LIVE til after 5pm, we are working on the (-) issue and it could take a while ...
Lets all just try and be patient and we will get this right.
My advice would be DONT DOWNLOAD THE NEW CLIENT UNTIL LATER ON, BY WHICH TIME WE WILL HAVE ANSWERS .
It was never gonna be easy but patience is key here.

I'd put that in a sticky on its own at the top of the forum, otherwise people will do what I did - read down this thread, see the new software is downloadable and immediately go and play with it, not reading the 'don't download it yet' message till after they've posted on the thread with problems.

As you can see from this.....
http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=21057.0
blonde move on Monday.
We've all seen the hassle that the other Sites have had, but everything got resolved in a day or two.
With most of the big boys sorted, our move should be a bit easier.
However, it won't be without it's problems on Monday.
Please be patient, & everything - EVERYTHING - will be sorted as fast as possible.
Aaron & Kev will be on hand, PM them if you have a problem. Put it on the Forum if you prefer, but we are here to ese the transition, & if we all remain patient, it will soon be sorted.
THEN we can really have some fun!
Thanks.

Myself and Aaron both have numerous msn convos/email exchanges/phone calls on the go at the moment, we hope to have answers to every single issue soon .... this way we will be able to answer any questions as speedily as possible and ensure that we do this right.
Cheers for your patience.
