Someone explain that decision to me - the ball was 6 inches away from his bat and he's out?

Never heard of Irishman called Andre Botha before.
Is he from Kerry or Clare?

I think most of the teams have the odd player who has moved for their own personal reasons. Whilst I was thrilled to see Ireland win the other day and was cheering as much as the next englishman, I do think they were taking the piss a touch with the number of 'overseas' players and the ICC should probably look at it if we are honest.

I read today that their wicket keeper and another player were likely to switch to playing for England...
What else can they do if all their best players play for someone else?

I know exactly what your saying. The objective of letting these teams in is to spread the sport in these countries and improve their playing base. However, if I was a young Irish kid I doubt I'd be inspired to pick up a cricket bat unless they were local heroes, at least with a irish accent.....
