Ronald Seymour raises to 3k, Nigel Willis makes it 13k, Ben Vinson thinks for an age before folding and Seymour passes.

Meanwhile, Des Jonas has just been eliminated. A-K vs. Jelinek's A-J. 7-T-4-J-6 board. Afterwards, Jelinek confessed to be slightly frustrated and played 'pissed off poker'. "Had an outdraw earlier, but it's evened out now."

44

Andy Miles has just under 50k. Not much movement today from Andy who, himself, admitted "I've not been very active at all."

I believe zach is now stacked and may even be chip daddy. Details of how much and how please

Zach won a chunk in the blinds with a pair of threes versus deuces all-in pre-flop. He said he raised from the small only for the big to move all-in with the ducks. He was going to pass, but thought he'd ask his opponent a few questions first, one of which was, "What would you do if you were me" to which his opponent replied, "If you got a big pair you should call, if you have a small one you should fold." Simon found something odd with this and correctly made the call.

Mr Zach's had a good week overall.

One man who has done very well in recent levels is Peter Gould, who, incidentally, possesses the same name as my dentist.

This one's not a dentist though, but a poker player, and a pretty successful one at this very moment, riding high with around 150k.

In about 1 minute, we'll be starting the 60 minute break, at which point myself and Jen will be doing our best Linford Christie impressions in order to reach the buffet before all those poker athletes.

Some rough chip counts, as they head into the dinner break:

Robert Forsman      43k   (Bad Beat's Scandie maverick hasn't had such a great Day Two, but still in there and presumably dangerousish)
Andrew Feldman     100k
Robert Bright          40k
Chris Bruce             110k
Carlo Citrone            54k
Pete Haslam            58k
Michael Greco          50k
Anthony Romanello   33k
Roberto Romanello   170k
Ben Vinson              95k
Steve Jelinek           131k  ("I've been up to 140, down to 40, back to 130.  I'm trying to dispel my 'steady player' image.  They call me the new Ali Mallu. (pause)  No they don't."

The last hands I saw involved a short-stacked Anthony Romanello pushing all-in over Ben Vinson's preflop raise (Ben passed), and Antony Mackay winning a 15k pot from Vicky (in the blinds) by betting 15k on a two spades Two Diamonds flop.  No fireworks, just regular poker, still happening even though the blinds are about to be raised to 1,500/3,000 ante 200.

What is Elliot Bowker's chip count?  Prolific online player (rekwob, wlleiotl) is deep again after coming 14th in Walsall.
