I was talking through an exit hand earlier and did some maths and stumped to understand something. Sure I am missing something obvious here, any ideas?

there is slightly more possibilty of making a straight with the 33 than it is with 22 - but not much Wink

Of course, there is now a better chance of hitting a straight with 3 4 5 6 7 than hitting A 2 3 4 5 as an ace has gone.

there are only 2 possible straights you can make with 22 - A2345 and 23456

there are 3 possible straights you can make with 33 - A2345, 23456 and 34567
