On the subject of ebooks... at a well known torrent site, that specialises in all things Poker, you can download "The Ulitimate Poker Literature Pack"... enough ebooks (for evaluation purposes, obviously) to keep you going for ages!

I've written a review of this book (and some others) for a friends site.

It is a great book, certainly one of the best poker books out there.
