Cheers. You're doing a great job there

Another victim of the happy-to-call-preflop rag Ace - BA Kildalen (pictured) who's dwindled back to under 5k after his pocket Kings were called preflop by A-7 and the dreaded Ace hit - lost the minimum due to some checking-down.  But he's Norwegian; be prepared for remarkable comeback - just as likely as the pressing of the self-destruct button.

At the risk of losing our famous objectivity:    for our updating friend...

Richard Herbert (8,500) and Jon Hewston (11k)

Jon is playing with fire, making what he described as "the move of the century", but partly an unintended one due to not quite realising the true strength of his opponents' hands.

With one player raised to 500, another to 2,000 and Jon moving in for 8k with Pocket Nines, the Birmingham based player somehow managed to get the re-raiser to fold Ace King and the initial raiser Pocket Cowboys.

George Danzer is OUT - and bravely volunteered his story:

Down to under 5k, he said, "I meant to raise to 300 with K-5."  Alarm bells went off - this wasn't going to be pretty... He actually threw in 3,000 and when the big blind pushed he had to put in his last 1,200...facing A-K it was a quick walk of shame, and he said, "I'll see you in Vegas..."

The Kings-passer must surely have just been moved to the table and never seen Hewston before.  That's the only possible reason I can see for him not to get his chips over the line so fast you couldn't see them.  Wow, happy birthday!

And these ones just wandered into the press room! I just looked up from my updating spot on the floor and there they were. This is easy.  Smiley

Dear 25 guests reading this, I feel it is my duty to point out that you won't be able to see any of the beautiful ladies whose images I have just uploaded unless you sign in as a blonde member. Quick, easy and so delightfully free...
