Ok Folks.....countdown is on. Rumour is Danny bought new clothes this morning for big appearance later. (Emily has bought in Harrods all weekend.) Anyway to set the scene as we will all most likely be on here for hours........hope busby and muscles had the foresight to bring the Mayo flags this morning. Mayo at the Burlo !!! Not since Kerry victory dinner a few years ago would there be such Mayo joy in the Burlo. Best of LUCK Danny..........................Odds 6/4 that he will knock Wolfe out in first hour......Watch this space. The online wizard is a bit flush with chips but I reckon we will see our man eat into that stack early while knocking out the Wolfe as well. Mystic Dinny !

Just after arriving in Dublin. Danny is very relaxed. Mayo flags are here and ready to be flown. With regret Enda has decided to change his name to Claremorris No.2

its a massive price if u think that im one double away away from the 5 - 1 shots. id put the true price at 8/1

chipleader should be 4/5

roland hardly does anything without betting involved tony. Last year he wanted to bet me 10k that I would win a 100k+ tourney in the next 2 years, as a mate I refused the bet that had no apparent downside for me. he plays better with a bet and I wouldnt be surprised if he hasnt backed himself at the 14s lol

I am aware of that - everyone is! - but my point was different - "JUST WIN IT". Realistically, how much could he get on at 14/1? £100? £1,000? Think about it, it's not relevant alongside the Prize Money. Yes, he likes a bet, but he ain't daft, & First Prize dwarfs any potential Betting income.

anyone else think roland is a silly price? Ive seen players win from there before and lets be honest roland aint gonna be messing around laddering. 2 or 3 hands and hes chip leader. Money where my mouth is time Im having a few quid on him
Ha! I actually just lumped a hundred on Roland before I got to your post Russ after looking at the odds. If anyone's got the game, he has. Plus, I had a chat to him in the bar last night, and he's completely focused and determined. We all know it's easy to lose focus when going from chippy to shorty, but he has the look of a man determined to take this down and I for one wouldn't back against him. So I backed him
