That pocket
website has come on a lot. A couple of years ago I was in the top 50 players in the world according to them as I was winning so many sats. Just shows that statistics can be made to show anything (I'm a haddock and yet was in top 50??).

Final table blinds have risen to 30k/60k ante 4k...
Pictured: Roland de Wolfe (who seems incapable of staying in his seat when not involved in stuff, but when in it looks relaxed like this)

Turn:
(someone shouting "King!" for some reason)
Split pot.
I know - what I meant was - why would someone be vocally partisan for neither side? Surely when you get excited enough at an all in to shout something from the rail, you kind of want one side to win...
If you're pedantic and contrary enough (not that I am...), I believe it's called Chaotic Neutral in RPG's...

Raise, all-in, clock called news now in the form of Thomas Finneran and Roland De Wolfe, two table nieghbours locking horns. With Thomas raising to 200k pre-flop, Roland moves all-in for an extra 539k. The overly familiar and rather unoriginal "Do you have an Ace?" "Will you show if I fold?" questions ensued, followed by the usual huffing and puffing as the Paddy Power qualifier mulls over his decision. Eventually, the TD announces 60 seconds (I don't recall any of the players calling the clock, mind you) and Thomas is slowly forced into a decision, which ultimately unveils as a fold. Roland shows Nines.

Double through for Roland!
Seconds after getting pushed off preflop by a re-raise from Danny McHugh, Roland raises again in early position to 175k. Sorel Mizzi wakes up suddenly in the cutoff, re-raising to a half a mil... Roland quickly moves in, and for about 300k more he gets a call.
Roland shows:
Sorel shows:
Flop:
Turn:
River:
and a pot which could have seen off a dangerous medium stack to Sorel, instead gets him up to 1.5 mil.

And that hand where Danny re-raised Roland off what turned out to be Q-K with his revealed-at-fold J-J - they got a warning to speed things up! Much though unneccessary dwelling is irritating, these decisions were big ones, they're playing for a decent bagful of money, and none of them were complaining, or calling Clock.

It turns out that 2 kings and 2 aces had already been folded in that hand with De Wolfe and the chip leader so he was drawing to 2 out the lucky ******. Put his name on the trophy!!!
