Either shove flop or get it in on the turn. The one thing you can never do here is fold. If he is as you describe you are never behind here

Reading over initial post I assumed he had AK and flat called hoping to peel off an A or K on the flop. As soon as he misses that I am committing myself to the pot by re-raising him enough on the flop that sees me call if he pushes. no reason here to lay down 2nd set.
I hate playing Jacks though I always seem to hit two over cards on the flop but if I hit my set all the chippies are going in.

You played this hand perfect till the turn, then you made 2 mistakes out of 2 decisions.
The coal miner was right, you should check ship, your lead lets him off the hook with a lot of hands, how you passed though is beyond comprehension!

I folded because i thought I was behind, i was in the mind set that there was no need to risk the additional 4300 at this point as I could steal his blinds and reraise him off pots to grind him down, Bad decision i know and it kind of infected my head yesterday.
I can only blame myself ( and Tikay for the constant bokk)
