 kind of like tv listings , but only for poker , then instead of searching the channels , we can log on here and have a look and see whats on and when.

 people could post upcoming programs , time , channel etc then we could discuss said programs , players etc

 good idea or non starter ??

 if so , anything on right now ??

Sky Poker has "The Open", Presented tonight by the Star pairing of Helen Chamberlain, with Pretty Boy Citrone as Analyst. Channel 846.

 sadly i dont have Sky Digital , i think the Poker Nations Cup is on Channel 4 shortly and the American news channel CNBC
 sometimes has poker on late at night

Got heads up on my table but my opponent was hitting everything, they edited a lot out but he flopped a straight twice HU and had me out kicked on very hand. The only one i won was a massive bluff on the river when he had hit and had to call for value but folded lol.
The standard was terirble though and i should have won, i won every other tourney we played in the side games, but it was a great laugh. Not bad to say i went on a televised tourney after only been playing less than a year. All expenses paid and got to meet scotty fischman and kathy liebert (weird lady) and grub smith.

Cash pokers ok but not quite the glitz of HSP, not just becasue of lower stakes but the filming looks like it was filmed in the 90's.

lol u bazza, i was gonna keep that under wraps til they discovered it for themselves. The most annoying thing was she didnt even qualify through the internet satellites like i did. They entered her as a sort of wild card at the last minute whcih to me was unfair. But you watch the hands she gets throughout the programme and she hits EVERYTHING!

Nah she's not really weird just a bit out there i think. When scotty was there he was laughing and joking and up for the banter but she looked really unconfortable when talking to us lot (could have just been when she was talking to me lol). Very nice person but really did not want to be there!

lol no i have a lot of respect for her as a player, just the pros were there to bounce questions off and she wasnt that helpful or approachable. In fact i think she was the sexist one, only helping the girls!
