Gary Chatterton is OUT in 16th place winning £2000 in probably punnable Gary v Barry scenario.

Barry Neville raised to 37k, Gary went all in; call.

Gary -

Barry -

Board -  two spades

Farewell, that Hawaiian shirt. Plenty of opportunities left to lose it in the casino.

Short break now then 6k/12k/1k will be the blinds and antes.

Barry Neville is chip leader with about 700k. Between him and Dave, they have almost 50% of the chips in play.

Chris Bruce just doubled up with against Dave's Ace King. Ace and two hearts on the flop and the flush on the river.

Barry just had a big all-in too, with against Cuong Trinh's . But no flushes were even hinted at.

Tom Sambrook - 62,000
Greek Jack - 253,500
Steven Laker - 300,000
Nick Slade - 116,000
Gavin Priestley - 95,500
Chris Bruce - 98,000
Big Alan Armitage - 133,500
Dave Colclough - 549,500

With the huge blinds and the gaping chasmic chip imbalances, it's not impossible that they'll play down to final table tonight.

It'll be 26k a round after this. Expect some change in stack sizes.

Cuong Trinh is OUT, he had Ace King against Richard Ashby's Kings and failed to improve.

Dave C raises to around 35k preflop, Gavin Priestley reraises for another 40 or 50k.

Dave -  (oh OOPS)

Gavin -

Board -

Gavin Priestley is OUT in 14th place, and Dave goes from strength to proverbial strength. "I am on fire," he deadpanned.

Ryan Fronda has doubled up his micro-stack with A-4 against Richard Ashby's Nines. Ace on the turn.

Saw Richard Ashby pass pocket queens face up to a massive reraise form Barry Neville. Barry showed pocket tens. Kind of hand gives you indigestion just thinking about it.

Hiding his shame, sitting between Steve Bovis and Rudders is the new chip leader. Yep El Blondie has about 125k. I spoke to Ian Woodley and Matt Tyler who Dave has knocked out, Dave had on a 9-high two diamond board and hit his King against Woodley's Queens, and then Dave raised preflop with erm....J-6, Matt pushed with Kings, Dave called (pot odds I'm guessing) and the flop was J-6-J! Now you see why he's slightly embarrassed...

DC tried to warn all you poker playyyyyeeerzzzzzz, he is back, he must have taken the advice that I have been posting on Blonde!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

" JUST PLAY BAD IF U WANT TO WIN"

i have been telling him this for months now

Alan Armitage doubled against DC, sb vs bb

Alan:

Dave:

Flop:

three diamonds

Turn:

Not Dave's favourite card.

River:

However shortly afterwards, Dave raised again and Steven Laker pushed. Dave called.

Steven:

Dave:

Board:

Quote from Dave, "I need to get it in miles ahead or miles behind, I can't win coinflips."

Dave, fellow DTD player Richard Ashby and Barry Neville are all uberstacked compared to the remaining 7 players. Why 7? Barry just called the push of very short stacked Paul Leckey with T-3 against Fours.

Board: Q-J-9-8-x leaving us with 10 remaining.

Here's Richard and Dave's big stacks.

ASTOUNDING more-than-double-up for Ryan Fronda. He is on the big blind, leaving him with only 18k. Richard Ashby calls, as does Barry Neville. No raise.

Flop -

Barry checks, Ryan checks, Richard bets 25k, Barry folds. Ryan calls, and turns over    .

Hilarity all round, except for Richard Ashby.
