however, in my opinion, necessary.

i'm just saddened to see the initial post in this thread, am i alone in this?
Sad to see that it needed to be said
- so if that's what you meant - you are not alone.

Nobody sadder than me Ian. Oops, better rephrase that. I was greatly saddened to be forced to post it. I am as down as a down thing today. But I've done what I believe to be right. And I believe it was the only course of action. I PM'd everyone involved several times, begged them to show restraint, respect the "mood" of this place, but they had another agenda, it has now become evident. But it's nice to see so many folks saying "yeah, lets get blonde back to what it used to be". So we've had a little pain, &, hopefully, a lot of gain.
By the way, did you get my message asking you to ring me?

Good points well made Tony. I just wonder what you'd have written if you slept through and ended up in Sheffield this morning

I do agree tikay.
As a pointer I do think it's important to have a forum disclaimer that you can refer members to. (you might actually have one but I can't see it) That way it will hopefully minimise people argueing about their behaviour. You can point out that it's there in black and white and they have broken the rules, it gives people less ground to argue on.
Good luck
Haven't been on here long so haven't seen the change in enviornment, wish you all the best for the future

Blimey. Got my attention. I'll do my best to behave while I'm in your domain.
Well said indeed - sometimes people forget how much others invest in something, emotionally as well as financially.
Looking forward to pitting my wits against you all this evening in the spirit of healthy competition.

Thanks Diva, Flushie, Kaibobble.
At the moment, i am a doubtful runner in tonight's blonde Tourney.
The Broadband on my PC has fallen over again, so only got the lappie, with the Vodafone Card. Whether that will support playing online, I have no idea, it's very slow today. Hopefully, my main PC will be up & running by then. I hope so - I'm rready for a game!
