After some lobbying from players and sites alike, i received the following confirmation today.

Hi,
Due to numerous requests from players, we will prolong the time players have to make their move in cash tables. The changes will take place during Monday, May 7th.

These are the changes:

Hold'em - 25 seconds (up from 20)
Omaha - 30 seconds (up from 20)
Turbo - 15 seconds (up from 10)

This will be network wide, and shows that we are moving in the right direction.

good stuff.  I made the mistake at sitting at a turbo cash table the other day, and by the time I had typed in the amount of the raise I wanted to put in with my  it timed me out and folded my cards.

In fact, the first mistake I made was sitting at a cash table full stop.

Don't suppose there's anything that can be done about it, but my other big gripe with the site is the payout structures on MTTs - far too many places paid, the first few getting less than the buy-in.  I'd like to see fewer places paid (what's standard on other sites - 10% of the field or so?) so that getting in the money actually means something.
