i import sunglasses from china and mainly america and it goes a bit like this
i have a disclaimer from the company in america of which im sure that if there was any ways of companies like d+g, ray ban, ect,would not hesitate to sue them so heres the disclaimer

to be honest guys ive checked everything before i jumped in feet first
to give you e.g i sell a brand called DG this is owned by a guy in the states called Demitriou Garvelli ,.,.,he must be a switched on guy as he set this company up 2 days after Dolce & Gabbana went public there is no & in my DG,its just a few clauses like this that can scrape out of any leagal court battles.
i can assure you if there was any way of getting nicked with these i would have seen it,.,.,.i have disclaimers all over my flash saying what it says above.,.,and on my main sign above all the brands it says "COMPARE OUR STYLES TO THESE"
so its ok as the ketchup advert said .,.,.ive got it covered.,.,.,.all i need is sunshine lol.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.
