For a forum with 1500 members I only see a small percentage posting frequently. I guess some just like to read huh? Well as much as I LOVE hearing from the usual suspects, I do wanna hear more from a wider range of people. I must admit I wasn't the greatest of posters when blonde started but with a little encouragement I've come out of my virtual shell. All it took was someone saying "Baron, post more!" Maybe one of the roles of the moderators (as well as the welcome to the newest newbie) can be to encourage posters and their views? Actually I'll go further than that, it should be ALL of us who pat each other on the back from time to time, whether it be someone of 1 post or 1000. This site is great, get involved!  |

I think one of the,amongst many, great things about this site is how inclusive it is
you can be a big time pro, or a beginner, your point will be listened to, advice given if sought and lots of laughter too
I know a lot of people lurk and if that's your thing, great
but I for one would like to feel that everyone out who joined but hasn't posted will...soon!

Evening Blondes.
Been reading on a daily basis for about two months. Seems that whenever I do have the urge to post however, there are already a handful of excellent responses outlining anything I could have to contribute. Which probably means I'll be sticking as a(n appreciative) lurker for the time being. Either that or triple my refresh rate!
