Barny Boatman raises to 40k preflop.  Cutoff Albert Sapiano calls (he does do quite a bit of this, I've noticed over the last two days)...
Flop:    Barny, who'd committed about a quarter to a third of his stack pre, bets out 60k.  Albert flat calls again.
River:    Barny, nearly on the felt, surely has to push...and yes, shoves it in - Call!
Barny shows:
Albert shows:

River:

And with that strange triple-call, Barny Boatman is eliminated in 9th place, winning £6,100

Raj Modha raises to 40k in early position, big blind Dave Smith pushes over the top...

Raj asks for a countdown - total either 119k or 190k, we really can't hear properly.  "Why are you pushing all in?" he asks.
"I want you to double me up."   Well, it's not quite Romanello standard, but they're warming up...

We all think Dave Smith has A-K.  "I have to pass," says Rajesh, so we'll have to wait six months to find out.

Albert makes it 45k to go preflop, effortlessly getting Roberto's big blind and showing the .  People are going to find it hard to take him on - a huge stack that might just call you no matter what...

John Exley makes it 40k to go preflop, Raj now moves in from the big blind.  "Go on then," says John, the whole operation taking less than 30 seconds - on their backs:

Raj shows:
John shows:

Flop:  Two Diamonds three clubs
Turn:
River:

Can't see Raj's stack, but it can't be in good shape now...

Albert makes it 45k, John Exley moves all-in. The pressroom don't think Albert will pass and he doesn't.

John:

Albert:

Flop:

Turn:

River:

So John Exley is OUT in 8th place winning £9,200

Albert has roughly 1/3 of the chips in play.

So the Sapianator (left on this photo, next to Neil Carr) takes down his second player in half a level - I hear over the mics: "I'm not aiming to take everyone out, they just keep going all in..." from Albert.

James makes his first play of the final - raising to 50k preflop.  "Give the gentleman the money," Albert says, giving up his big blind, clearly not having noticed who'd raised...

Next hand, Flushy and Dave passes, Roberto limps, Raj passes, as does Maz, Alberto calls in the small blind. Neil decides to spoil it by raising to 45k. But both of them call.

Flop:

Albert bets 70k, Neil and Roberto both pass.

Maz raises preflop, action over to Neil who passes after a dwell. Flushy passes in the big blind.

Small blind Dave Smith toys with some chips, listening to Flushy who's raised on the button (note, I didn't automatically say 'Button-raised'): "It's been a long tournament...three days, comes down to one decision..."
"You worry about your decision, I'll worry about mine," snaps Dave, slightly, "I'm just deciding whether to raise, or whether to call."
"You always have three options - call, raise or fold," helps Flushy.

Blinds Dave and Roberto give it up.
