The Image is the proposed new logo but that is the first one, is the old one better?

OK, this is going to sound dumb coming from me, but in my opinion - it's too darn girlie!  lol     (or did I mean sexist???   Hmmmmm)

But hey, I'm one voice of many.

I didn't like the reclining lady either.
I don't like the connection between Blonde poker and glamour models or naked silouettes.  As I say there's plenty of other places we can go for that.
I don't mind Blondite of the month though. just not Blonde of the month

Thanks a lot I would to help make this the best fun poker site that everyone is welcome to and help everyone beceom the best poker palyers. Lot of new things that will be in the new vesrion the design is easy but a poker shopr, poker school etc will be hard work.

I agree with Trace, it looks like it should be on the packaging of a My Little Pony or something - it's either got to look sexy, or it has to be something different

And like Adam just put there ios something to be said that this is slightly against the norm and has a high ratio of female players/members... I dont actually care about "totty" all over the place, but it might be a deciding factor for some girlie somewhere who wants to join.

Blondite of the month sounds real good I would like to go with that, that is a great Idea. I actually knocked Caprice out of the Paris WPT last year. Me Gus & her started on the same table. I suggested a tripple vodka to give her an edge. Wish she would play all the events.  That was a fun table she would not win the Blondite of teh month not good enough I guess.

Not like you need advice but here goes. As long as the site has decent content it don’t really matter to me what it looks like.

The more content the better, the current site has loads of dynamic content, which result in me and others visiting on a daily basis (lots of hits and busy forums = $).

The live tournament reports are to me what make the site stand out. I love to read them from the major events. No other poker sites I frequent have this feature to any decent standard. I hope this continues!

The front page would be great if it had a calendar of up and coming events, an example of this is http://www.britishsquad.co.uk/index2.php basically here you could have important dates outlined and can be viewed really fast by all visitors.

Live web chats with Blondie, Tony or other Special guests would be bloody great. You can’t beat interactive chats and it would give the site a real sense of community.

Basically the more stuff you can introduce that lets the average visitor feel involved in the site and give them a sense of belonging the better.

Daily competitions, caption competitions, thread of the week on the forums, picture of the week competition etc The list goes on, very simple to run, very cheap to keep going.

Hope I don’t sound too lame, just want to see the site blossom.

For what it's worth, my views are very close to Trace, Adam and Heid's. I didn't particularly like the old logo, and not overly keen on this one either. I guess what we are saying is why use a female image to sell the site, when Blonde just isn’t like that underneath.  I agree that if you push the “sexy” image in that direction you WILL put off some people (namely women) from joining the site to start with.

Does Blonde want to attract customers , because that is what we are talking about really, and sell them something that is a fabrication? It sends out a false image of what we all dearly love.  But, what do you use instead?  No idea tbh, you can hardly put a pair of comfy slippers and a armchair as a logo, and I think that is how a lot of us feel about Blonde lol. It’s a homely place, but that doesn’t get the new clients.

Ok so it’s only a logo, but it’s one of those things that really gets my goat. I think I have gone on far too long about this, long uni day and brain is working on over time but empty at the same time.

I like the idea of more fromt page stuff, because I admit to coming straight to the forum.
any caption comps, Blonde of the month, Blonde tourney news should be kept strictly on the front page, to make sure we all visit it on out way to the board at least once a day.
