she shouldnt have been there in the first place
we need to learn that celebrities are better than normal folk in almost every way and shouldnt be expected to abide by the same laws.
lol I know some people who actually think these kind of thoughts.
I really do
think about it, theyve got all the pressure of having to entertain normal people constantly, if you're a modern day celebrity you never get a break.
In order to entertain to the highest of your ability it's the job of those around you to make you feel as supirior as possible, therfore i think it's entirely understandable and forgivable when celebrities have a distorted perception of reality, they dont understand the laws as we do because in their everyday activities theyre not exposed to applied law and social convention the way the rest of us are.
they earn more money, live a better lifestyle, worshiped by millions, you send a contemporary spokesperson for the youth of today to jail it doesnt look good for the country, they provide the public with a unique servie and should recieve the requisit legal exemption to facilitate their creative exuberance.
sending her to jail in the first instance was wrong

Send him to Broadmoor then. He'll soon straighten up in there. If it was too much for a real man like Roy "Pretty Boy" Shaw, he'll soon get in line.

I should prolly explain that in another news article, it said that she had cried constantly for the entire three days and was close to a nervous breakdown, hence the comment/joke above.

I have never met these people, we move in different orbits, and it really does not concern me one iota. I am not fully conversant with their cases, I am only aware of the media perception of them.
However, three points of interest:
1) the extent to which wealth can provide a better legal defence, if at all, in the USA and here in the UK, and our acquiescence in it.
2) the propensity of a hypocritical media to build up and knock down people's personas, for our edification. I do not believe George Best was a nice guy, or Daniella Westbrook was the devil in Burberry.
3) some of the real injustices in the world, compared to this trivia that we glimpse: Michael Shields, Darfur, and so on.
Rant over - In other news, World still turning.

anyway the answer would be yes, i watched the 1st one 357 times and the second one 1012 times(the second one much better quality thats why i watched it 3 times more).

Perhaps she should just perform community service.
why should she be punished at all?
celebrities have to travel.......
they have more people relying on them than normal people so they have to get there quicker..........
police can use discresion in such instances, eg; they pull over a speeding car containing a bloke driving his pregnant missus to the hospital, they dont nick him, they give him an escort........
they know the same social rules dont apply to celebrities so they should make appropriote legal adjustments for consistency!
