Would you want him back if it means losing Mereiles? If we're going to lose Mereiles then I'd want as much as possible for him. He's quality and I don't want him to go. Yossi wouldn't be a bad signing (better than Bellamy for us imo), a decent squad player. |

Not much on last day I shouldn't think now?
Raul hopefull will indeed stay. Don't understand why we are going for a seemming "hole" type player, Bellamy/Yossi, when we have ample already you could play there.
Last thing we need is more midfielders!

1525: DONE DEAL Liverpool midfielder Christian Poulsen has completed his move away from Anfield to French side Evian. (just to confim  ) Yes, I hope Mereiles stays (his injury might have worked in our favour ironically), but wouldn't mind the return of Yossi and/or Bellamy to strengthen the squad further. Both would have to accept they'd be squad players at best, and I can see Bellamy going to somewhere like QPR where he'd get more games. Been a very good transfer window for Liverpool so far. Wonder if there'll be any more news... |

Any news on the deal behind the Poulson move, surely it isnt a free after we paid 4.5m 12 months ago.
Any truth in the rumour we have 1st option on Hazard as part of the Cole loan deal.
Just Degen and maybe Jones to go and we have cleared out all of the deadwood.

Any news on the deal behind the Poulson move, surely it isnt a free after we paid 4.5m 12 months ago. He was bought on a three-year deal, so I assume there must be a transfer fee. Either way, he wasn't a successful signing for us at all, and glad he's gone. Any truth in the rumour we have 1st option on Hazard as part of the Cole loan deal. Just a rumour I think, can but hope there's a sliver of truth to it. Just Degen and maybe Jones to go and we have cleared out all of the deadwood.

LFC have impressed me with the transfer activity thusfar (except the Bellamy non-sense but take it that that's not happening now). Have gone about it in a professional way, getting rid of most of the dead wood and bringing in some decent players.
