Sterling has been impressive today.  Showing the class we all know he has, but hasn't been delivering.  Maybe he's been laying off the partying and had a kick up the arse.

Hendo, Allen and Lucas get so much stick when things dont go right. Today they have to get the praise for winning the midfield battle in a game where most expected the Spurs midfield to dominate.

After the performance against Hull, today's performance is even more surprising.  Spurs were poor, but Liverpool made them look poor I think.

14 goals in three games, not doing the goal difference any harm at all!

He exploited a very poor defence

Hendo was immense today. Allen too, class.

First Liverpool game I've watched for a long time, and thought they were very impressive.

Agree about Hendo. Turning into some player. Reminds me of someone I daren't mention a lot.

Allen is looking very, very good too.

Sakho must start every game.

Oh and PMSL @ Spurs! :-)

Thought we were absolutely fantastic yesterday thought we took advantage of spurs weakness at the back with capoue playing centre back whoever said he is capable of playing there is joking, have to say I'm not a fan of Henderson but absolutely brilliant agree with above comment about sakho would at minimum be playing at left back has to play all the time
So good on the ball too

No.

Not unless they can put in that sort of performance week in week out.

As much as I'd like arsenal to win I don't think you can really look past city/Chelsea.

Got to agree. Chelsea look crap so far and they're still up there.

Liverpool definitely contenders for a top four spot, but it's going to be close and very interesting come the business end of the season.

Although that was an excellent performance, it has to be tempered by the abject display against Hull. It'll be interesting to see which Liverpool turns up against Cardiff, and then there are the games against Citeh and Chelsea. How many points will be won in those matches?
