I usually use City Forex, they're very good and are usually the best with rates. Ask for Lee Mallin and tell him Karl sent you ;o)

You could check out the rate at your bank if you wire money direct to the casino cage.  Make sure that the casino knows that the money is for the WSOP though as sometimes they will only pay out in their chips.
