what exactly did ricky say that was so disrespectful?
I think it's one of those 'You dissing me punk?" sort of things. Different use of the term disrespectful. Although Hatton did say that there was more action for the fans in the 4 rounds this weekend than in the whole of Mayweather's career. That probably wound him up a bit.

My advice to Hatton is to avoid fighting Maywether until he is washed up like Castillio and Tzsyu was...

Tzsyu said Hatton was the last he ever fought
FYP Tzsyu in his prime is owning Hatton, just like Maywether undoubtedly would.

disagree. I think Mayweather is made for Hatton. the 'silky smooth' long range stuff is useless when your opponent is stood at nose biting range.
Tzsyu is different and if they'd fought 10 times you'd not end up with a clear winner I don't think. achedemic really. Hatton is the real deal and I don't think suggesting he's making a career out of picking easy fights with old men is anywhere near fair.

Hatton is definitely the real deal. But he isn't better than Mayweather - who is/was? Mayweather will not lose and will win all of his remaining fights and then will retire the greatest boxer ever to enter the ring.

even if it's possible to doze off watching him sometimes.
He's a great fighter but the whole pound for pound thing is largely hype and I don't buy it

I'd have Mayweather as big favourite if they fight. As for Mayweather being made for Hatton...I'd suggest the opposite may be true.

It'd certainly be a clash of opposite styles. My guess is it'd be down to heart and courage who came out on top and those are things Hatton has in abundance
we may yet see it

Hatton is a more intelligent fighter/boxer than people often give him credit for. They see a brawling, come-forward, Mexican-style fighter and think that his game is based solely on that. There's far more to him than this, and he'll approach Mayweather very differently to Castillo.
It would certainly be an intriguing fight.

totally agree with that, although I doubt Hatton would try and out jab Mayweather. He'd almost certainly try and smother him.

Hatton would certainly have a chance against Mayweather, and if he was odds against I'd definately be having a bet!
