To be honest, i think its a conspiracy imposed upon us and instructed to be so by the illuminati and the freemasons.  It is supposed to be a subjuct included in "The new world order" and is all in the plan (that the people who are blatently in control of the entire planet) have for us.  I wont be contributing any money towards the prevention of this, due to the reasons stated above.

ive noticed a huge change here in glasgow in the last ten years

only twice did i have to scrape the windscreen during the winter this year

and only twice has the sunflower in my garden seen a day of sunshine this year ( without rain )
