What on earth!!
"Fast food chain Burger King is offering a special Whopper with sprouts in the run up to Christmas.
The limited edition burger, called the Sprout Surprise Whopper, will be available from Monday up until Christmas Eve.
Based on the chain's famous Whopper, it will feature a Brussels sprout puree and Emmental cheese coated in a herb crumb"

Sprouts? Devil's food. Ditto Burger King, I would imagine.
Did you & I share a Table next door earlier this week - is it the same "Mr Dickie"?

OMG, I'm sorry!
I play so many little Tourneys, so often, I get confused, sorry.
The Big Boys will laugh, but when I get short-handed, or deep in a Final, & I'm multi-Tabling, I find it quite stressful & hard work. I was Heads-Up in a little Tourney last night, & the Heads Up lasted for 45 minutes, so I was a bit frazzled in my mind. I BADLY wanted to win the Tourney, too, as it was a "tikay Tourney" - ooh, the kudos - so it all worked out very well. Except I came 2nd, sigh.
I do know "MrDickie" was on my Table quite a lot, was just not 100% certain it was you.
LML? I bust her arse, good & proper. Raising my Blind, the cheek.
A bad night overall, though, & I ended up, after playing some cash, pretty grumpy. (I don't like grumpy). I was 2-Tabling Hi-Lo Cash, (just small stuff, but very enjoyable) & both Tables were playing very fast, exactly as they should. So the Tables are popping up every half a nanasecond, no prob. But then a Client came on to BOTH Tables & started battering me with Questions. I tried to answer them, & be polite, but he went on & on & on, & I got a bit, err, cross. Never said anything, of course, but my blood was boiling. I copied the Chat Log after - he had asked me TWENTY SEVEN questions! They were not even time-precious, they were just regular stuff, & I have an "Ask tikay" Thread over there too.
So I ended up a bit rattled, & that mean't I could not sleep. Now I'm struggling to keep going, & it's only 5pm. Aargh.

And the smoking...
Whatever......Liike everything else...you may or may not start stopping in the new year!!!!
p.s. i'm in the 1.3 bag range
p.p.s. if i don't see you before i hopeyou have a lovely christmas
wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
xx
I'm 2 of cement, less 5 of sugar.
You have the idea perfectly.
Measuring/comparision units in the mind include bags of sugar (2lb), packs of butter (half a lb), sacks of spuds, as well as those I outlined yesterday.
I think you are being a little economical with the numbers though. In real money you must be 17st, surely?
That'd be 2 bags + 7 sugar
, right?
Best get on that oxo diet.....
in the new year...
right after you stop smoking..
obv.
xx
p.s.

Oh, THAT.
Vinny is a ledge. He could be the best, you know. Better than Chompy, Sicilian, Feldman,
et al
. He just needs to change gears a bit. Thinks he's a staked player, plays every hand, "I Call".
Once we get him to slow down, he'll be a big winna. Trust me, I jest not.
His only problem is that he does not look like a poker player. Never seen anyone look less like a poker player, to be honest.

I have decided to enter into the spirit of Christmas. I did a 4 hour Live TV Show last night, dressed festively.
RobertHM, Cottonbud, eat your hearts out.
