Where will Peyton be Placed?

I expect I'm behind with the news, but I thought this guy was a bit special?

OK, I know sfa about NFL, but take a look at his Records & Stats in Section 5 of what is, by most standards, a huge Wikipidea entry. Presumably, a bit of a legend.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peyton_Manning

Anyway, its all over at the Colts for him now, it seems.....

Thats a spoof account tony Smiley

Bugger.

I had, however, assumed that a sentence so constructed, & with those names spelt correctly, would be quite beyond Balletelli. He is, after all, Italian, & those Italians can't spell, or play poker, I know that as a fact, the kids told me.

So, what went wrong with Lin the other night, you were strangely quiet on the subject?

Can I assume I'll see you at Walsall next week, for the GUKPT?

EASY TIGER!!

^^^Bit of Tikay irony, that's all. Particularly liked the deliberate spelling of Balotelli's name wrong to emphasise the fact that johnny foreigner can't spell like what we can

Lin got a bit ouyplayed the other night, that's all, his opposite number had a ridic night. Comparing the two in the Boston v New York game, Lin had 15 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds (giving up 6 turnovers in the process) in a 115-111 loss. Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo had 18 points, 20 assists and 17 rebounds (with 4 turnovers). To put that in perspective, the last player to have at least 17 in each of the three main categories was Magic Johnson in 1989.

The Knicks have lost a couple in a row, with everyone fit they're not really clicking.

Defo in Walsall, probs for the PLO, the six max, so I can stubbornly call down some kids, and the main. See u there?

What a lovely piece, Miss D, thank you.

I wonder how modern society would cope if such times & scenes ever happened again? It only needs Pokerstars to have a 20 minute server crash & there are near riots, how would we cope with real devestation & tragedy, I wonder?

Loved it, absolutely loved it.

PS - I hope the comedic adventure is going well. Do you miss poker?

I may try & get up earlier in the week, not sure yet, I have a Show to do on Tuesday, but I will deffo be there on Friday, as I'm hosting a Team Sky Poker mass invasion, think there will be 8 or 10 of them.

I will not be playing the Main, as, assuming we get approval, as I'll be doing a little Live Update for next door (maybe here, too....), & so it depends how long they all last.

Be nice if we got at least one through to the Final, on Sunday. In the unlikely event they all bust early enough, I might play Saturday's 2 day £500 though, looks a lovely comp.

I used to really enjoy playing at Walsall, it was almost the British Poker HQ for a few years. Times change, eh?

I'm still trying to come to terms with those boys in DTD last weekend - 550+ uniques, 648 "entries", for a scheduled £560 Tourney. Wow, just wow.

UK Live Poker has never been so buoyant as this, the boom times are back.

Well made advert for Barters and their new app.

They deserve success, the bookshop is a delight. Well worth a visit if you like old books, especially so if you like old books and old railway stations,.........
and old books on trains.
Alnwick is one of England's secret treasures. I doubt that many from south of the Tees have found it.

It is/was on the old GNER line, right on the North East Coast, yes?

The book shop looks a lovely spot.  Never heard of the place until now, but Alnwick has just made my 'must visit' list.

It has a Castle, and one of those wonderfully English things - a folly.

Best place to live in Great Britain, too - it must be true, "Country Life" (a must -read for everyone) said as much.
