Old guy makes it 75 on my BB. Old guys suck, 2 callers, so I call the extra 50 with my PLO8-tastic......
Am really not sure if that is a reasonable call, to be honest, it felt a bit bad. LilDave said PLO is a game of big cards.
Looked pretty good after the flop though.
Pretty sure the OR had the aces, but he gave up as soon as I bet. Maybe I should have given him a free card, or let him bet, but it felt right to lead out.
3,600.
Level 1 almost finished, the plasmas show 951 registered, but I fancy it is a bit behind.

With all this "gentlemen prepare your arseholes" and "he better not turn his back on me or I'll make his eyes water" I think we're straying into dangerous waters. I think you need to try and understand the true meaning of ripping new arseholes because the images I'm conjuring up aren't quite right. At this rate we'll be picking up sponsorship from Vaseline at the final table.
Now start ripping arseholes, but do it properly.

Oooh.
Get dealt just about the nut worst aces......
Aces don't come much worse, but I gotta play 'em.
I make it 150 @ 25-50.
Decent kid, never one got out of line, makes it 400.
These are the spots I generally bottle early doors.
Gave myself a serious talking to, reminded myself that I have decided to play for stacks when possible, clenched my arse cheeks and potted it.
He folded A-K-K-Q ccdd face up.
Would have got it all in pre if need be, but I'm not convinced that would be a good play, it was a one pair hand with almost no scope to improve.
On reflection, a bit gung-ho? Views, anyone?
Am running too good, too early, but I'm enjoying it, my nerves are not too bad, and I have settled down earlier than usual.

I'd put him at about your age Ralph, maybe a little younger.

I usually tend to play bad AAxx quietly and set-mine early doors as I'm sure do you, eapecially OOP, but having raised I don't think you did anything wrong at all in putting that young pup in his place.
Was he the old guy that you referred to earlier?

Do wins, sir.

Raised with better aces....
2 callers.
Bet the flop, which was....
.
It goes pot-pot behind me.
I have a queen blocker, but it looks like two sets.
Fold, and they get it all in, set of queens v set of sixes.
For rubs, the river was an Ace, lol.

First break, 1,012 runners now.
Got 3,475, which is fine.
We come back to 50-100.
