Match fishing means other people, competition, time constraints, pressure...   Ugh!

Oh no, I just mean float fishing by saying match fishing.

Other people, socialising, not things that should be happening during fishing time!

Oh right. I also lurrve float fishing. I first started with a matchstick on a piece of cotton. It's so exciting to try to interpret what's happening under the water by watching the little movements on the float.

They don't do that kind of fishing round here (not much still water, and a big salmon river), but urgh!! I gave up fishing after moving to Scotland as a kid from Bermuda, after fishing where the fish are fighting to take your bait the standing about cold hoping for a couple of bites an hour doesn't appeal I'm afraid.

Are you saying it's not a Rod Paradise?

In bittersweet news, I start playing daily from today, which is good, but the Allotment Society are flying home today, which is awfully sad.

Anyway, I'll get up to date with Diary Questions, Stakers Updates, Holiday Snaps & PM's (11 in the last 2 days, all need answering, sorry for the delay) later today.

It's don't know whether to laugh or cry time.

Smiley

Have paid in, and am ready to rumble. Today, I feel MEAN.

I was rather keen to draw seat 4, 5 or 6 today, so I used willpower and positive thought as I made my way here.

SEAT FOUR FIVE OR SIX, SEAT FOUR FIVE OR SIX, SEAT FOUR FIVE OR SIX.

I table 8, seat 6.

BOOM.

Double boom

Due to too many tables being opened, or not enough players, I have been moved to.......

Table 2, Seat 5.

See, positive thought DOES work.

Good omen that.

Loving these new style tourney reports.

Can't wait to learn you've accidentally sat in the High Roller room.

Or on the rollercoaster at New York New York.

Very disappointing field size, only 30 runners so far, though late reg lasts for 8 levels.

Was hoping for at least 100 when it started, & 150 total.

Tough table, too, but feel ok with it. Lots of dancing shoes on display. Like that.
