Guess they all won beard of the year.  Pretty sure two have

Is the correct answer.

More importantly, the Beard Of The Year is awarded by none other than.....

The Beard Liberation Front.

Which was really my way of mentioning another blog from Las Vegas, here.....(WARNING - contains minimal spam)

Don't be silly George, they are way too young.

No Vegas for you this year?

Binions here we come, just time for a shave, shower & ****, & I'll be off.

There is no wifi at Binions, so updates are not possible except briefly, during breaks, when I can pop across to Nugget.

If I need a re-entry, I'll be taking it. We will be front running today from the very get go, gonna run those boys off their feet.

Amazing coincidence, I looked up Leif Force the other day and discovered he danced techno contra.  Intrigued I googled it and it was even stranger than it sounded.

How on Earth had I never heard of this before?

Why did you look him up?

Incred character. Shared so many tables with him this trip, great character.

Strange to see a WSOP winner thoroughly enjoying a $220 @ Binions, too. He discussed, whilst in the Binions $220, how excited he was at the introduction of a $25,000 WSOP 8 Max PLO this year, & said he'd be playing it. Not boasting, or bravado, just factual.

Really interesting guy.

I think Chompy mentioned "Leif" in a post somewhere, and there was a picture of what looked like Leif Force dancing, hence had to google it and that video is where I ended up.

Safely registered for Binions, but got seat 7 again, bugger. Seats 4, 5 and 6 seem out of limits to me this trip.

Got me a Starby, so am all set.

Gonna wear my shades, that will ensure I look cool, mean, and menacing. Might not talk, either, just raise relentlessly, like what Mr Bully did.

Carnage awaits.

I remember questioning your decision to adopt a new "play for stacks" approach last year and getting extremely short shrift so I daresn't raise the issue again.

My personal approach in marginal situations is to first get into the money and then start shaking tail-feathers, but I am a $33 Omania player so what do I know.

Its Binions. When they assign you a seat just ask for 4, 5 or 6. It worked for me on Wednesday!

I'm guessing you didn't even have to play the "I'm a feeble old man with dodgy mincers" card either?

My favourite quotation/prayer/thought of all time - even Jake Burns or Billy Bragg never came up with any better.

You're not a bad judge.

Better credit the author now.
