Heater me up, buttercup.
If only.
The decline continues, 11,500 at the end of level 6.
If logic suggested I must be due some hands then I must be due some hands. If only it worked like that.
We are on a 15 minute break at the mo. Blinds go 100/200 after this break, or 200-400 for the Limit rotation.
No need to press any panic buttons yet, but it's a tad frustrating, as I was in great shape and it has slipped away.

We play 10 levels today ( if we survive) and there is no dinner break. Yikes, seems a bit harsh, that is over 11 hours without time for food. Could really murder a giant sticky bun right now. Or a cigarette. Or both.

Just found good aces v a shortie with bad aces, and I got three quarters. Shame he never had a decent stack, think he would have got it in anyway.
Still, it maybe signals the cards are starting to warm up.

Late reg has now closed.
680 entrants, from which 420 remain.
Average stack is 12,143, so I am bang on average.

Level 8 now started.
Level 7 was a better level for me, won a few little pots and am back on an upward graph thing now with 14,500.
If the plasma is accurate, 399 of 680 remain.

Level 8 complete, a better level really, made a tinsy bit of headway, have 16,500 now, which is a shade north of average with 322 of 688 remaining.
2 more levels remain to be played before stumps are drawn, so a 2am finish for the survivors.
Blinds will be 150-300 for the PL games and 300-600 for the Limit round.
My table has been really tough all day, and only 3 of the original 7 remain - Mike Leah, Allen Kessler and yours truly.
Have enjoyed the battle, even though I feel I'm in over my head against most of my table.

Thanks Grumpy # 1 & Grumpy # 2.
The last level of the day has commenced. The previous level was not great, dribbled a bit.
Have 14,000 as the level commences. Blinds now 200-400 (PL) & 400-800 (Limit).
259 of 688 remain.
