You told me in Vegas last year that I’d put on weight. That inspired me to diet and I lost 2 stone between July and January.  I’m truly impressed with your 3 stone loss.  I can hear you saying “losing weight is easy; I’ve done it several times”

As you mention it, giving up my diet & exercise regime last Thursday has been a disaster, I've been unwell ever since & feel real bad. So I've decided, post Vegas, to go the sensible route full time. Truly. Honestly, it's not worth feeling like this just for a pork pie and a sticky bun. I'll just be more sensible next time, mostly diet food, with occasional treats.

Loving the stuff with the foxes.

Gill & I love foxes - well all wildlife really - & she feeds them when she is here with me, then spends all evening looking for them out of the window.

Then, a while back, I got chatting with my next door neighbour, a lovely old dear, though very old. She said "don't know who it is, but some bugger has been feeding those bloody foxes, if I find out who it is I'll give them a right earful".   

I just nodded & smiled, "yes yes, shocking, isn't it?"

Strange how some folks take against wildlife so. Then again, some folks take against folks, guess they just like to hate.

How are the grand-kids?

Can't play anything Sunday 24th, am working for Sky Poker that day at SPT Las Vegas.

Had not seen those 2 at PH, never even looked at their schedule, as I'm not a great PH fan, but both of them look very interesting, especially the $1,100 Big O, & I might do a schedule re-shuffle to see if I can fit one or both in. I'm only 50-50 for the $1,500 WSOP Omaha Mix, so if I have to drop that, I'll add one or both the PH jobbies in.

I eat lots of crap, in with lots of healthier stuff, and my weight has been slowly dropping, even though I can't walk

Think I've dropped about another 2 stone since I saw you last summer, and I eat enough sticky buns for both of us!
