So I make that 44% SOLD.

Couple of regulars missing, either because they have seen sense, or decided to swerve this year, but if they request a % in the next day or two, they'll be accommodated as always.

If anyone else wants a bit, fine, there's a little bit left if needed, if not we'll go with the current squad, which I'll list next.

Can't believe 44% went so quickly. You are all mad.

Wish I could join the party this year but a car accident at the weekend means all my available funds are diverted to that Sad will definitely be buying a piece next year if the opportunity arises.

Good luck in Vegas, fully expecting multiple binks now you don't have my money weighing you down!

No worries Adam - you working the WSOP gig this year?

Meanwhile, back to the Diary.

This was my favourite news story of the day. Love a happy ending, me. Might just be the first time I've seen someone un-assassinated, too.

There's a fella on Springwatch talking about tree slugs. He said "this will be of interest to all slug watchers".

No answer to that.

Here you go slug-watchers, this is a tree slug.

2% please

Geo

Thanks Geo, 2% BOOKED.

Do you need my Bank details? They are unchanged from last year (unchanged since 1982 actually), if so, let me know & I'll send across.

Loving the stuff with the foxes.

Gill & I love foxes - well all wildlife really - & she feeds them when she is here with me, then spends all evening looking for them out of the window.

Then, a while back, I got chatting with my next door neighbour, a lovely old dear, though very old. She said "don't know who it is, but some bugger has been feeding those bloody foxes, if I find out who it is I'll give them a right earful".

I just nodded & smiled, "yes yes, shocking, isn't it?"

Strange how some folks take against wildlife so. Then again, some folks take against folks, guess they just like to hate.

How are the grand-kids?

Thanks Tikay

Grandkids are great, two of them teenagers now, the youngest almost 4.

We've just spent a few hours filming the foxes tonight. I made a makeshift hide from one of the many pieces of tentage I've accumulated. Nice wee surprise when they showed up with cubs in tow albeit for a short time. Once I get the vids uploaded I'll post some more up

Unfortunately no.

I'd have to quit my current job to be able to do that, and I'm not yet in the financial position to do that Sad

I'd like to return to updating one day, but not in the near future sadly!

1% please - will send tomorrow hopefully .

SENT - have you sold 101% yet ?  Grin

Similar schedules as usual though i wont be downtown as often and intend to play some stud8 and limit o8 too.

Only ones that might interest you that aren't on your list but probably on mine:

Sunday 24th June - Aria - PLO8 - $470    - doesn't clash with anything on your list.

Ones below clash and i can't remember if you were that keen on Planet Hollywood anyway:
Worth a look anyway especially if crushing by then and fancy something slightly higher and probably slightly better structure.

Friday 15th June - PH - BIG O - $1,100
Mon 25th June - PH - PLO8 - $600

GL !!!

Hi Rob.

Can't play anything Sunday 24th, am working for Sky Poker that day at SPT Las Vegas.

Had not seen those 2 at PH, never even looked at their schedule, as I'm not a great PH fan, but both of them look very interesting, especially the $1,100 Big O, & I might do a schedule re-shuffle to see if I can fit one or both in. I'm only 50-50 for the $1,500 WSOP Omaha Mix, so if I have to drop that, I'll add one or both the PH jobbies in.

Shame, as I remember you saying just how much you loved playing in the casino floor of the Aria, between blackjack tables and the craps mobs.

In addition to those who have posted on thread, I've also sold:

Sue & Dave Norsden, 2% BOOKED & £171.56 cash received, this was sorted by Text.

Nice Gentleman from Home Counties, not sure yet if he wants to be identified, 2.5% BOOKED & £215.00 cash received.

MOB* from Nottingham, 5% BOOKED.

* MOB = Miserable Old Bugger. Anyone care to name that man? (It is not bookiebasher).

As Red would say. I LOLed at this...

I'm not the MOB, but for the son of a Canadian farmboy and an English secretary, that's quite a compliment.

Meanwhile, I'm delighted to join the team in support of you tikay. GL to us all.

It was too chuffing dark to see exactly where I was sitting, to be honest.

Guess I should not be too harsh on PH, it got the trip off to a nice start in 2016, chopping a Big O affair it with Lord Kimber & Co after a gruelling 15 hours, only to then get my rental car rammed by a licence-less ID-less Mexican chap on the corner of Tropicana & Vegas Boulevard.

Correct & Sent

Not sure what to expect from our new trim, rivita-quaffing hero this year?!? Perhaps health scares make people all dangerous and high-octane?!? But whatever pls send my meagre losses to the right account. Think you dumped £13.80 on some random Alistair fella last time. Safe flight, enjoyable trip, win it all.
