Unlucky , loving the updates more than ever.
Use it as part of the build up for my trip and mega excited already .
Enjoy it and treasure each minute, hour and day as I know you do out there .
I guess it’s a bit too early in the trip to notice if you can feel the difference mentally at the table with all the lower weight and healthier diet thing .
Are you still trying to keep that up out there or are you rewarding yourself with burgers and buns daily like the norm for being good the last few months ? Impressive work btw losing so much weight like that . May be I’ll see you on the treadmills at Rio this year ? I’ll be walking on them as got bit of a hamstring problem I can’t shake off so can’t run as much as would like to be at moment .

Not a bad start apart from the distinct lack of arsehole rippage.
Hope you get a few more customers on the morrow.

Can we include a food update each day pls? Steering clear of sticky buns during the break must be optimum.
Can you get Rivita in Vegas or did you bring your own?

I'm sure every one of you is gagging to know what little away trip Gill & I plan to do this year whilst in Vegas. We've done San Diego, LA, San Fran, Portland Oregon, Carlsbad & Oceanside so far.
Well this year it's a cracker.
We begin by flying Alaskan Airlines from McCarron to Portland, Oregon.

Then, jump the Metro to Portland Union Railway Station, & take the 3.5 hour journey up to Seattle on the Amtrak Cascade.

Seattle is rammed with interesting stuff, it's where Curt Cobain lived (& died), Duff McCagan (GNR) has a home there, there are the World HQ's of Microsoft, Starbucks, & Amazon, & plenty more besides.
We'll go up the Space Needle......
