In view of the "Ports Bill" & it's collaeral effects, (affects?), PokerStars are keeping a low profile in Vegas this year. This is the 'Stars Shuttle Bus from The Palms (where the 'Stars contingent are ensconced) to The Rio.

Had the most splendid evening tonight with Mr & Mrs McShane, Thewy, Rob Garfield, & Kevin O'Leary, at the Red Rock Casino & Hotel. The Red Rock is far & away the classiest joint in Vegas, bar none. Quality. It's about 8 miles from The Strip.

We were delayed going, as Kevin was doing his hair, & Rob was warming up in the "Tired & Distressed" Stakes.

Here's a few 'photos from a lovely evening. Note Rob Garfield smiling. He wath, to be fair, a little pithed.

Mr & Mrs McShne, recently moved to, & Wed, in Vegas. I was surprised to hear Jim say Nancy was 17 years older than him. She's got a lovely personality, & they seem very well suited, & happy.

Thewy & Rob, between them, consumed 3 bottles of White, & 2 bottles of Red. Thewy was still coherent, but Rob,well.....

I had a Prime Burger, Tiny Tats, Fries, & Hash Browns. Gotta go easy on the carbs.

A good day for the Sky Poker Crew, as although young Jason busted early today, Will (POKERBCITY) cruised through the day, starting with 34,5,00 & ending with 91,900. So, the Camera Crew have extended their stay, & we still have another Day Two-er, Mike, still to play his Day 2.

Will's perfrmance was all the more remarkable, given he was sandwiched, the whole day, between Noah Boeken in Seat 1, & J P Kelly in Seat 4. JP said he could not get a handle on Will, as he never showed a hand all day!

I can't believe how lucky I've fallen with Sky Poker, all things considered, & so I try & gve them value for money. They sure look after me well. This is my home for 3 weeks at The Rio.
