The
Sky
Poker
UK Tour was announced this morning.
It's a 6 leg affair - like an octopus - with the first 5 legs being £50 each, and every Finalist at each of the first 5 legs gets a Seat in the £200 Grand Final in June next year, which will be a 280 seat jobbie.
Leg One kicks off at
DT
D
in Nottingham, September 13th. Leg Two will be at The Broadway, November 15th. Then we go to Scotland, Wales, & the North East, building up to the Grand Final at
DT
D
next June.
Michelle
Orpe
,
Richard
Orford
,
Norman
Pace
will all be at
DT
D
for Leg One. I shall be in charge of water-carrying.
That'll keep me out of mischief for the next 9 months.
What is the
Sky
Poker
tour, when it is at home?
* Fears that he is giving Tikay, more space to ramble on about
Sky
Poker
*
6 Live Events, across the UK. Fun & furiously-paced frolics, with a slow-structured Grand Final next June.

Did you see that splendid article about Octopus's earlier this week?
They now think they have 6 arms, & two legs, & are very rarely right or left-handed.
Very clever creatures. More intelligence than some poker players.

Sigh ... so nothing south of the midlands then.
I thought Brighton might be one of the venues ?

It might be. Only Legs 1, 2, & 6 (Grand Final) are firmed up thus far. But we want to go to Scotland, & Wales, it's just awkward to get everywhere.

Qualification on their Cardroom.
Though if one kept their ear to the ground, you may hear an announcement soon as to a Live Super-Sat at DTD, with 20 Seats on offer.

After their Leader's racist campaign for Mayor of London they're losing any credibility they had.
I've all the sympathy going for Dads who are forced out of contact with their kids - but these publicity monkeys don't help their case at all.

Maybe we could have a Southern Division as well?
Tikay can you please tell Michelle that if she wants any tuition before this all kicks off that i might consider it as long as she desists in her slowrolling activities.
