The whole of BSkyB is composed of individual Profit Centres, all of them automonous, working to Centrally agreed Profit, Forecasts/Budgets, Accounting, H & S, & ethical standards.

Sky Poker is in itself part of the Sky Bet Group - Sky Bet, Sky Poker, Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo, & OddsChecker. All Internet-based, & they "fit together" well. There's no financial or Top-Suit pressure to work with other parts of the BSkyB Group, iot that I'm aware of, anyway.

We - all Sky Bet Group Staff - get a Monthly look at the Management Accounts, with a Big-Suit, which shows us what we need to do to achieve targets, where & what the goals are, where we are falling short, da de da.
