And take a close  look at what can only be described as a proper paunch with a crude attempt at disguise by wearing vertical stripes and the(several sizes too small) shirt outside the trousers, whereas mine is purely an optical illusion caused occasionally by Tikay's camera.

brilliant

if dell was a thread she'd be put in best of blonde

Ding, Dawn & Claw went to the Multiplex, just across the way, so see a film last night, after they all busted.

Dawn was in one of her louder moods.

They were back 5 minutes later, having been refused admission. "Too unruly".

OBJECTION!  We weren't unruly.  They were out of 3-D glasses.  I didn't even know we were meant to be seeing a 3-D film...until we bailed out of the place.

Please. One does not wear a baseball cap when a guest in someone's home.

Once outside, I donned it. Not regulation straight, or stupid backwards. I wear it askew, at a jaunty angle, with attitude.

tikay...I wanted to post to protest about your shiny red tie yesterday.

However my protestation pales when compared to my disgust over Orford's suit jacket, no tie and jeans combo. Who does he think he is, a member of Status quo?

Well done yesterday, that's a punishing schedule those Sky boys put you through on the Sundays

Thanks Rich.

The tie was plum, & it was not "shiny", it was Egyptian silk, which has a certain lustre.

Orford - how scruffy was he? Embarrassing to be seen with him, frankly.

I was just a tad under the weather yesterday afternoon, hence, I guess, my somewhat grumpy demeanour, particularly when it kicked off on blonde yet again. Hey-ho. At least my PM's would not have been described as nicey-wicey or cooey-wooey.

Some interesting PM's in today.

booder insists it was a fleece, not a cardigan, but says the APAT team did a great job, which was rather nice of him to write & say, I thought.

Sofa-King has qualified for the whole of the Cardiff GUKPT, welcome back him.

Bainn won the £25 jobbie at DTD last night. A good night for the blondes at DTD, as AndrewT won the HORSE, & Red was deep in the £75 Final whan I left, after being lucky to even get a Seat.

Peter Costa wrote to me at length, about yesterday's thing. Ugh.

Thewy busted early. I was standing behind him, on his SB, & I saw his hand - two red Aces. He "made up", the BB shoved, bingo. BB had 6-6.

"SIX" I said, almost instinctively. The door-card obliged. I really felt bad! For once, Thewy is actually running bad, & has been for a while now. He just smiles, & gets on with it. Somehow I can't ever imagine him getting uppity about a beat, or shrieking "die Lederer".

4 days at APAT means I'm behind with almost all my work. I did my Blog last week, but only one - I try to do two a week, so I need to get back on track.

And I have some important blonde announcements to make, which will be a mixture, bitter-sweet, some nice, some not so.

I only just found out that today is a Bank Holiday. That's the trouble with being retired, Bank Holidays are meaningless.

A quiet start to this week, just blogging & Forum stuff, elsewhere, & playing Online Monday & Tuesday evening. I'll drive down to London on Tuesday, as I have an early start on Wednesday, & I can't be doing with rush-hour traffic.

Wednesday I'm in the Studio all day, being "the stooge" in some screen-tests for female TV Presenters. A whole day on the casting couch, who'd have thought? I so love the variety of "work" they give me, no two days the same. I'm the PTP-er that night, too. A double-gig is always welcome.

Friday I'm attending a photo-shoot, ready for some Autumn & Winter Promotional stuff. Been sent a whole list of required poses, including one thats really taxing me, "anticipation". In a head & shoulders photograph, how do you express anticipation?

The Live Show on Saturday, then a post-midnight poodle down what will be, I hope, a deserted M4, for In-Poker at the Cardiff GUKPT on Sunday.

Life is good. When I'm not grumpy.

I also have to write to Karabiner, Red, & Mother Hen today, we are planning another day out.

The view that we should visit Leeds Arnoury seems to hold sway right now, & it's a democratic decision, so I'm happy with that, but we are not finally agreed yet.

In contention were.....

Leeds Armoury

Chatsworth

A visit to  Racehorse Stables, or Stud.

York Railway Museum.

London Museums, though I'm not keen on London crowds.

And I've thought of another today, which I think the others might like - Eden Camp. google it boys, you'll be surprised.....Eden Camp is all WW11 stuff, it's a POW camp, in "as was" condition. You can walk round all the buildings, & they have WW11 aeroplanes, weapons, &, no doubt, fascine-equipped tanks.

Lol, no, booder & his cardigan got that gig.

It's for Sky Poker, so you will be able to see my face more often. Lynam is getting worried now.
