I think you're right. Raise or fold...flatting is not good here IMO.

I defo don't raise there, basically you'd be committed if he's bet 1500 and u have 9k back, what u gonna do, make it 4k and pass for the other 5 when he shoves? If he calls your raise and cks turn what we doing, have we given up when he hasn't passed the flop or is our 5k going in whatever? Don't think u can really see a flop for 600 out of 9k with Q9, if u do you're hoping to hit more than one pair, at least some kind of draw to go with it. Too many times with 4 people in you'll be up against an overpair, two pair/set or outkicked. If I'd called pre I'd prolly call flop then pass when he bets the turn and beat myself up for calling raises with crap with Q9 when I'm not deep enough.
I owe u a phone call, oops, tomoro

I had the same thing on my face when I was about 11. It's caused by shaving though I can't remember why. I went to my GP and they sprayed something on it. Was gone by the next day and not had another one since.

I hope you are right about the chin thing, it grows by the day, & I have to sort it. I'm gonna try the "Scholl" stuff, & hope it falls off. You sure were shaving at 11.......
The Q-9 hand - I don't understand why flatting the flop there is good, to be honest. I was only playing about 9k. It seems a clear Raise or Fold, to me, probably the former. Obv, I should have done that pre, but that's another story.

do you mean to say that you didnt watch the set time lapse then.
Or that you watched it and that you just dont want to watch the series incase you enjoy it.

Didn't notice that thing on your chin last night. You should have pointed it out to me
Got over your exit in the hundred last night? You seemed a bit shocked. Think that guy went on to win it or do a chop.

Not watched it yet that is planned for tonight. I'm desperately trying not to want to watch it!
To be honest, I've had a bit of trouble" the last few days, so time has been a bit scarce.
I'm nearly convinced I'll have to watch Boardwalk Empire, though, I'm more & more taken by the bits I've seen.
It's finding time to do everything that I struggle with.
Ralphy Boy loaned me a book at Xmas, called "Members Only", about Paul Raymond, he of the Revuebar. I started reading it a few nights ago, & it's unputdownable. That's the beauty of books, sometimes they can really surprise the reader, & that one is something quite special.
Some days, I can't face Forums, when it's all kicking off, & the trolls are in full flow. I find that reading a good book is very calming & fulfilling, much more so than telly.

With your image Tony i'd rather peel and have them give up alot because their scared of your call.
Also I was tilted, I woke up at 2:15, drove to DTD arrive 4:45 play at 5:00 out by 6:45.
Couldn't drive straight home because too much traffic, so just tilt sat in the bar for 6 hours chatting!
Also ANYTHING HBO is amazing, when a show starts with the grey screen and sound I get all excited.
Need to see me Boardwalk Empire, that promo party looks so cool!

Coulda sworn it was you who said that if I went to a buffet, they'd charge me double, as I had two heads........Meanwhile, Claw showed me her belly.
My exit? Just a bit odd actually. I put players in "boxes" in my head, as to what they may or may not do, & I nearly fainted when I saw what he'd called with. Perfect call, for me, too. I just misjudged him, my bad really, though if I know he'll call there, I'll repeat the stunt every time. I liked my play there, in fact.
We'd been chatting loads, all very friendly, & he could not work out how I'd folded my set of 9's against Pino on the Turn when the 8 fell. (T-9-2-8). He could ONLY have the straight, given the flop & turn action, & luckily, he showed.
Weird night actually, I got in more interesting spots in 2 hours than I did n 10 hours at DTD on Saturday, where the cards fell generally thin for me.
Luton was my recovery mission, I'm truly an odds-on shot to Final there on Sundays, so I well & truly got my come-uppance.
