Wow - have you seen the google home page today?

Excellent. No idea what it is supposed to represent, or celebrate, though, but I'm playing me some tunes here.

If you put your cursor over the little black box, you can then play the guitar via the 'puter keyboard.

Incredible. I think. Probably.

If you hover the cursor over the special images on google, it'll tell you what they represent.

Been taking time off to relax.....

Sort of went a bit wrong though.

I now take a whole day off - away from the internet completely - once a week. The last two Saturday's have been completely internet free, & poker free, & I've enjoyed that, but a day off the internet just means I return to a pile of stuff that needs clearing.

I've also changed my daily routine in the week. I get up at 6am as a rule, in the Office by 7am, then work through until about 3pm, followed by a serious power-nap, couple of hours min, which seems to keep me fresh for my evening stint, be it Live or Online. Am running good, too. Wink

Pretty gutted that I've not had time to get on blonde, though, so I need to make another fettle to my regular schedule.

My diet has been a joy to do, I got down from 13st 2lbs to 12st 4lbs in about three weeks, which I'm delighted with.

12lbs of weight loss = 6 bags of Tate & Lyle's finest which I no longer need to cart around with me.

I doubt there are many more pleasing things to do than diet, the effort exactly matches the return, &, after all, quitting sticky buns & pork pies etc is not exactly a hardship.

I did it differently this time.

Three good meals daily. Brekkie is museli & poached or scrambled egg, lunch, soup, then a weird "salad" comprising beetroot, tomato, pineapple, & grated cheese, evenings another soup, then white meat, grapes, pineapple, & yoghourt.

I've overshot my 12st 7lbs target a bit, but I'll stay on it now, as if by tradition, until I head to Vegas. Then binge eat like a complete idiot....

Lol, no good texting me during my power-nap hour. Today's power-nap hour was 3 hours.... "heavy" Show last night, was mega-tired, so went to bed at 3pm, & I woke up at 6.10pm. Then insta texted the reply to you. Think your text came in at 3.57, I was deffo heavy zzzz-ing then.

Good luck tonight, wish I could be there, but it's my PTP evening, & I have about 7 Online Tourneys to play, varying from £1.10 to £20. Them WSOP boys in Vegas got nothing on me.

7 sleeps until Vegas!

I'm so excited, I nearly wet myself just thinking about it.

More on that shortly, no time at the mo, PTP starts in 15 mina.

Be the longest I've ever been away at a time - just shy of a month, of which 15 days are "play", & the other 13 are "work". Hence it seemed sensible to lose some weight & get a bit fitter mentallly & physically.

I can't get my head round the clothes I'll need to take - 28 pairs of socks & 28 pairs of knickers, which seems ridic. When the lads go out there for the whole Series, how do they cope with all that?

I assume they pay someone to either wash the few that they have or just go to Walmart and buy new ones!

Yes, bit "interesting" last night, but no big deal, really, it's actually easier to do anecdotal stuff on the hoof than the normal Show, though everyone around seemed to be panicking.

We are Millwall & nobody likes us? Lol, knew I'd get a few bites. I was deliberately "teasing" prior to starting a thread to tap into what I think will be quite big, this Team malarky, & today, I started the Thread, & it has run up 55 Posts already, in a mere few hours. "Like".

Personally, it does not tick any boxes, but it's not about what I like or want, it's about keeping the momentum going next door, & helping build community & brand loyalty.

Hope you are well, your errant Daughter too. Or is it the Mum that is errant?
