Tikay. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a shame how us younger generation of poker players are infamously lazy and unfit, not only is it bad for our health but it gives poker as a serious recreation or career a bad name. As Yoof Correspondent I feel it's partly my duty to try help the younger viewers who are struggling to get motivated to stay in good shape....
Yoga!
Believed to first have been used in the 2Century BC, built from a Buddhist practice of spiritual, physical and mental connection is one of the most popular fitness methods still.
Check it out kids.
Hope this helps. I'm off running.
FFS, you are incorrigible.
I was about to say you have a 1 year contract, those earlier videos really are - & the word is usually way over-used, EPIC, thank you!
And them honey badger jobbies - wow, talk about sickos!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honey_Badger
Which includes.....
"....Because of the toughness and looseness of their skin, honey badgers are very difficult to kill with dogs. Their skin is hard to penetrate, and its looseness allows them to twist and turn on their attackers when held. The only safe grip on a honey badger is on the back of the neck. The skin is also tough enough to resist several machete blows. The only sure way of killing them quickly is through a blow to the skull with a club or a shot to the head with a gun, as their skin is almost impervious to arrows and spears....."
[26]
And....
"....They kill and eat snakes, even highly venomous or large ones such as cobras. They have been known to dig up human corpses in India....."
I'm going to Tweet that buffalo one, & call it "Never Give Up". What a thing!
And then you have to spoil it, & post that porn stuff. Team Perv are doubtless on their way. 4/5, any of two, Matt Russell or Claire are first on the scene.
Don't be going far, though, I have some poker stuff to write up, proper poker stuff, including some "interesting" DC hands. No bad beats, I promise, just some quantative easing for the poker economy.

What animal could kill a honey badger?
It reminds me of Boris the Bullet Dodger.

I think it has few natural predators because it tends to kill most things that scrap with it, however, stuff like lions, leopards etc would be forgiven for thinking when they saw a sleeping dog-like animal on the floor that it will have just found a nice little appetizer to it's Zebra Au Vin, for lunch.
Me and my friend were talking about them yesterday and she spent some time in africa working at a wildlife park, she was saying how they used to escape ALL the time cos they are so cunning, they'd dig holes and then go find leaves/wood etc to cover them up so no-one knew. There favorite trick was to escape, go into the human houses nearby, open the fridge, steal all the food and then head back into the park un-noticed, either hiding it's hole or just filling it back up!

Did you know that of the 10 richest female athelete's in the world, 7 of them are Tennis Players?
1. Maria Sharapova
2. Caroline Wozniacki
3. Danica Patrick (auto racing driver)
4. Venus Williams
5. Kim Clijsters
6. Serena Williams
7. Kim Yu-na (figure skater)
8. Li Na
9. Ana Ivanovic
10. Paula Creamer (golfer)
So, any young ladies reading this diary (I'm sure there will be plenty since the photo of Tikay in that scarf was posted) pick up your tennis racket and go makes some reddies!
And here she is, topping that list with a staggering $25m fortune (including one of the most lucrative sponsorship deals in history with Nike - rumored to be worth over $3m per/year) Maria Sharapova, IN ACTION!
Incred stat, I tried to do a gatters on it, but it seems to be true.
I suggest, however, it was just an excuse to post yet more porn.

That's great thanks, I did tell the guy that it might be a little while before you got back to me as you're rather a busy chap and he was happy enough.

I can see no fault in that plan at all, might be worth getting some Buffalo on the firm too after watching that Kruger Park battle.

Apparently, they can make & use tools, too.

A stalwart of British horseracing commentary, was surprised to see him running the show at lowly Musselburgh today.
I'm sure you'll have a story for this guy somewhere.

I have, actually, quite an interesting one, though a bit dated. Might just put pen to paper later. Bet I spend an hour writing it, get no comments, then laddo posts some porn & everyone will be all over it.
How was Musselburgh Races, anyway?
When I was into the horsses, it was known as "Edinburgh", why did they change the name, do you know?
They do terrific summer meetings, entertainment & stuff.
