Took me a while to find that, but so worth it. Incredibly similar.

Tikay, you might like this book:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Survival-Fittest-Anatomy-Physical-Performance/dp/0224075071
Dr Mike Stroud, friend of Sir Ranulph Fiennes, is the author. Talks about all sorts of things that the human body is capable of, and talks in some detail about age not being synonymous with 'feeling old'. A good read.
I don't "feel old". But I am.
And there is no doubt that age-related things do affect me now. May as well face the facts.

She's on her late 80s!!
Not quite as impressive as that, but my mother is 87 and still does a headstand every day and lots of yoga.
Sounds impressive to me. She generally in relative good health and look good for her age compared to her peers?
Very fit and well apart from eyesight problems.
She goes to a community centre and when she told the woman who runs it that she has a 60 year old son, the woman didn't believe her because she thought my Mum was < 70!

Apologies for the lack of replies, I've been somewhat pre-occupied & otherwise engaged for a few days.
I'll try & get all the replies done tomorrow morning, I'm a bit wrecked right now.
That especially applies to blonde newbie Paul Jackson - no, not THAT one - but his namesake, who I was delighted to see has joined blonde. Top bloke him. Jac the lad one might say.
I must just point out this beautiful turn of phrase that Nakor included in his Post about that wonderful church.
Living in the sticks every now and again
you find yourself down the road less travelled
What a great phrase. Some of you guys write so well, I'm achingly jealous. So simple, but so good.

For some strange reason, the contrast in tone between two recent thread titles really got me thinking.
Thatcher dead?
Thank you Sir Alex.
