Thanks Dyl. Am still in at Nugget, so my decision is made for me.

Just 16 left of 45 starters, but only 5 paid. We are just below average, 27,000 coming back to 600/1,200. Will don my gambling boots when we resume after the dinner break.

If I busto here, may come across to the Rio and play a couple of the $300 (?) STT's for tomorrow's £3,000 WSOP PLO8. Neil C dropped me a text to make me aware, and Thewy offered to take a bit.

Have had 2 or 3 other offers to take 10% of my action if I played it, which is very kind ( not to say charitable) of them, but I'm probably going to swerve it. If I do bink a seat via a STT then fine, they can have the action and I will have a go.

Three reasons really.

1) It seems so much money. Just because I love the format does not mean I am good enough.

2) Can't help feeling I will be the value. It is horrible to sit at a table when ŷou know you are the mark.

3) Scared money plays bad poker.

Anyway, if I get done here early enough, may give a few STT's a spin.

Then again, if I won this thing, it pays about $3,500, as it happens.......

Another tremendously fun tourney down here today, the table banter and atmo is first class.

Sharing a table with Alaska, Edmonton (Canada), Alabama, Armenia, and Cornwall, who has 73 of his nieces and cousins with him. Lot of that sort of thing in Cornwall.
