Animal is from Cornwall, so he has a lot of relatives, mainly cousins, but no, he is not related to Doobs.

Late kick off at Venetian, due to huge queues to pay in by all the latecomers.
Think it could start with north of 130 runners once they all get seated.
Doobs and animal are here.

That's the intention, and it's not until 8am.

Done 1,500 chips within 2 orbits, using my new aggro style.
Great hands both times, checked to me both times, got check raised both times.
13,500 from 15,000.
Going well, send more money.
Sat next to a lad from, like, Alabama, baseball cap on, like, back to front, says "like" every other word, like.

Just done another 2,500 in cold blood, but I think it played itself.
In the Big, several limpers, I check with......(ignore suits)
We see this flop.....
I lead out, not much to be gained by checking here. Two callers. Nice to know we cannot be behind at this stage.
Turn
Well there's another safe card, am still ahead, or chopping at worst with one of the villains.
Bet again, one fold, one call.
Villain is an old foe and acquaintance, we know each other's games well. He knows I am nitty, I know he knows that.
River....
Not perfect, but I bet again, just small. We might be chopping. After some theatricals, he pots it.
Ugh.
After considerable thought and tankage, I decide only one hand makes sense, he got there on the river with K-10, and I tell him so when folding. He shows exactly that, then says "wonderful fold England", but never gives me my chips back. Tosser.
Might just sit out for an hour or two.

I should have sat out........
Just got quartered in an all-in coup.
Think it was completely unavoidable.
I called a raise ore with.....
We saw this flop.
Bla bla, wanted to lead so I could get paid the max if I hit, but I never got there, he took the high and we chopped the low.
One of us was always getting quartered there I guess.
Anyway. .........that means we have 6,000 at 100-200.
Will need to make a decision as to whether to gamble before the end of level 4 and maybe re-enter if it goes wrong. Such a good comp, I feel good and don't think am doing much wrong here.
There is no provision or mention in the staking proposal to cover re-entries, it never crossed my mind, and it's pretty unusual for me to go busto before Late Reg ends.
Will see how it goes, and if I end up re-entering, will ask Mere to give a ruling. I don't mind bearing all the cost, or including it in the stake, either is fine by me. Don't think I Should assume the stakers necessarily have to pay the re-entry cost, but I would be mortified if I cashed and the stakers missed out.
Plan A is to double up.

Have sent Vince an e-mail asking for a ruling on re-entry. Still have 5,000 chips.

Half an hour left to re-enter, I have 13 bigs, just about the perfect stack to re-raise and isolate an opener. Any combi hand, preferably including an ace, will have to do.
