My Groggy-Meter is off the scale this morning.
Am playing right now, so will reply to Soppy Department stuff later.

STAKERS UPDATE.
After a day's rest yesterday, am playing the $350 PLO8 @ Golden Nugget this morning. It started half an hour ago, at the eminently and civilised time of 11am. Most pleasing, that.
If weeks and axles should part company, Plan B will be the $600 Big O at Venetian, which commences at 5pm.
Plan C has yet to be formulated.

Am seat 2 (groan) on Table Missog, but have the distinction of being the youngest, and by some distance,
Golden Nugget have very wisely placed a defibrillator next to the table.

Wow what amazing news Tony. Many many congratulations to you both!
Natalie isn't home yet but she will be thrilled when she sees this and will no doubt post something suitably soppy.
Gutted we didn't manage to bum into you in Vegas but all the more reason to look forward to UKPC.

Level One safely negotiated, no dramas, 15,300 from 15,000.
Seems to be around 100 runners so far, including redsimon.
Seat 7, who I seem to share tables with most days, and who I have yet to see smile in 3 weeks, is, as usual, Table Policeman. He just demanded "Floor" because when the dealer changed, they did not change decks, as is the custom. He was fit to burst at the injustice.
Old people, eh?

Do you want a subject change?
Delighted to oblige:
A lovely wing Gibson from Jeffery West.
Or is a Derby more your thing? If so, Richard James has a beaut:
You're welcome.

Plan C $100 flips with Cambridge Alex on Pleno's rail? That shoe of Tal's will come in handy for the latte bombs. Don't bother updating just let us know the damage in the morning #NewTony

Absolutely thrilled for you Tikay, many, many congratulations to you both.
I suggest you rush her round to the Elvis chapel and get it done before the lovely lady realises what she's letting herself in for, what an amazing finale to your trip that would be!

Level 2 complete, 16,300.
Everyone sleeping peacefully, if noisily, with copious amounts of drooling in evidence.

Level 3 complete.
Have widened my range today, the dealer has been very kind, and I seem to be hitting a lot of boards.
17,700.
113 entrants so far, with late reg until the end of level 8.

Level 4 complete, first break.
Back down to 15,800 after a bit of a setback. It was unavoidable, in fact, arguably, if I played it properly, I go busto.
Had both nut draws on a K high flop, we were 3 way, & Mr Not Played A Hand potted it. He has to have top set.
I decided to take another card rather than get it in.
It paired on the turn, and blanked the river, I would have missed everything. A lucky escape, pretty sure I was supposed to get it in on that flop.
200-400 next level.
