Mexican? What Mexican? I've obviously missed something somewhere.

Well his name was Juan Manuel Campos Rodriguez, & he spoke & looked like a Mexican. His wife came along after about an hour with his documents, & she was deffo Mexican, plump with a proper dark moustache & everything.

So you crashed into a Mexican and he got the hump because your car had no registration plates?

Link to that post plz.

I never crashed into him, he crashed into me.

No reg plates, no driving licence, no insurance certificate, & Mexico bloke kicks off. Outrageous, really, I'm English, I'm not gonna be out of line am I?

So did you do a post about it cos if you did I've missed it

Well yes, sort of. I alluded to a little bit of local difficulty, yes.

Link please because I can't find it. Unless of course you forgot to post it on my computer.

Afternoon all.

Have late regged for the $240 Big O @ Golden Nugget.

It is 15,000 chips, and I entered just prior to the start of Level 3, which is 100-200.

I am afraid I had something of an eventful journey back to the hotel after I left PH last night, I left there at 0630, and eventually got back to The Rio at 0845.

Not sure now is the moment to discuss specifics, but the Las Vegas Police Dept stated that on this occasion they would not be issuing me with a citation, and as far as they are concerned, the regrettable matter is closed.

Bumped for Mr Tom.

It is 0040 here, and the temperature is 39c.

Vegas is like a giant storage heater, the place is full of large concrete paved areas, which absorbs the heat all day, then releases it at night.

The heat rising from the ground takes your breath away.

Where are you watching the football tomorrow, Tikay?

No plans to watch it, Simon, Euro16, & football generally, does not really float my boat enough to divert me from Vegas stuff, except from a business aspect, as it is a fairly big deal for Sky Bet.

I'd far rather watch the Cavs tonight - what a comeback that would be - or the Golf.

Did I ever mention to you that Lebron James follows me on Twitter?

I have no idea how or why that happened.

Ha, incred.

Very unlucky with your Shane Lowry bet, Ralph. Ugh @ 68-70-65-76. He just seemed to go to bits. I am reliably informed it would have been the 2nd biggest price winner (125/1) that Fred has ever had. God bless Jim Furyk though, who grinded his way into 2nd place. What an amazing player he is, & still has old Fluff on the bag. It barely seems a year since Fluff was carrying for Tiger. Worked out well for Fluff, who'd have thought?

I did mention on TfT that I was a little worried that exhaustion might kick in.

He played 32 holes on Saturday until the light faded around 8.30pm then had to get up at c5am on Sunday morning to complete his remaining four holes from 7am which he did in -2 to establish that 4-shot lead. He was probably all done with media duties etc. by 9am.

He then had to twiddle his thumbs and hopefully get a little rest before starting that final round at 3.30pm. Having said that D J had the same problems but handled them better although he certainly got lucky with that drop.

Decent sweat and still made a few quid, left a couple of K behind though.

Tonights cash session is not going too well.

2 hours in and I am $650 down already.

5 players have doubled up and immediately left the table, which seems to be prevelant here.

Have been three quartered time after time, and my only scoop, when I flopped nut nut, was worth exactly.......$20.

Guess I was due a change of luck. Spin time.

In worse news, Mr Moanery Chuntery, the chap from last night who has trouble seeing, has just joined us, glory be. He has been here 5 minutes, and has called "Floor" 4 times already.

I can think of worse ways of spending an evening, though.

Won't be a late night tonight, as I am back in tournament action tomorrow at the Golden Nugget PLO, which is an 11am start. If that one goes wrong, there is a $100 PLO @ Orleans @ 7pm, and I will head across to play that. It's additional to the schedule, but the stakers will be on unless any object.

Nobody objects.
You have "saved" people $(1)840 by not playing two events so far so nobody objects to you playing a $100 once you bust early at the Golden Nugget.
How are you going to fill your time between busting out and the 7pm start? 8 hours can seem a long time.

Pretty sure I can find an afternoon comp. Or two.

If you bust early you should join the real degens playing the 7 card stud 8 or  better limit tourney at Binions as a punishment Smiley

Good luck for the upcoming days tournaments Tikay.

For clarification, can you confirm that when you are up playing cash, it is on stake....and when you are (usually) down, it is your own coin? Wink

How is Jeeves doing in this heat too? Have you allowed him to take off his jacket or loosen his tie?

I can see I'm going to have to file this in the 'Things that whoosh me and no one will explain' pile.

Well I lost $259 tonight. Smiley

Jeeves? Not seen her in days. Think she is looking after Pleno, Tal, the Bromley's, or prepping for Marky147's arrival.

Oh I see....

I opened that page on my phone and it wouldn't open the police report pictures at screen size. I just assumed they were tourney entry receipts and moved on.

Can we sign Trelskig up for blonde.  He is 2nd overnight in chips in the 10k O8.  He is almost a blonde already given though he knows who you are and that you are from blondepoker.  In addition, he knows a superior game of poker when he sees one.

And no harm in trying for the Blonde O8 clean sweep.

Not me. I of course have my own staff.

Didn't realise Benny Glaser is still in too in 7th.  Jason Mercier has also run good for a change and is in 8th.
