Hey mate best of luck today. Good run last night. Noticed that at first you were "uncomfortable", then you were "in the zone" and about 2 hands later you were "awkward" again. Just wondering if the "in the zone" part can last a little longer tonight?
Thank you, Mark.
So much of the game is in our minds.
FOS was killing me early, and I was feeling very down on myself. Later, we got on speaking terms, and he claimed I made dome amazing lay downs v him as he had it every time. May or may not be true, of course.
I fought back from half starting stack, so I was feeling comfy again, but then I had to fold several hands after pressure, and I flip flopped in my head. Confidence, or lack of, is such a fragile thing.
Anyway, I have prepared as best I can for today, paid in last night, got a good nights sleep, got my work out of the way early this morning (luckily, not much today), got me a Starby, and I'm all set.

I was curious as to why it had not appeared on my Herbie, but is seems I have 3 of them - Tony Kendall, & two x Anthony Kendall;
Anthony Kendall, from Ilkeston, Nevada.....

Anthony Kendall from Ireland.....

Young Master Kimber barely looks old enough to get in a casino in that pic.
It must be the beard.
Not 100% sure, but i think Jeff is 47.

Sounds about right; a year younger than I.

I walked into the Brasilia room, and that rumpy pumpy music was playing, it was so exciting, and emotional, I was halfway between crying with emotion and wetting myself, and was consumed with nerves.
As luck would have it, in orbit one, I won a 1,500 chip pot, which has done me the world of good and settled me down a treat.
I had the nut straight, but it paired on the river, and a serious looking dude - full poker kit, shades, headphones, scowly snarly look - bet half the pot. Butt cheeks clenched, I called instantly, and he threw his cards across the table like a mardybum.
Get outa here, punk, and don't be messing with me.

5000 starting? Sure you don't mean 4900?

I'm spending the next two hours on a conf call with far too many Brads so lots of updates needed Mr T to stop me chewing my own arm off.

Beardy glasses orange top bloke to my immediate left is the class of the table, and it's not even close. He has 15,000+ already, and is bossing the table. Shame he is to my immediate left.
Anyone know his name? Seems pretty tidy to me.

Beardy glasses orange top bloke is "imalucksack" (sp?) who I believe made 4 final tables in the recent SCOOP.
I'm none the wiser, of course. Bet he does not know who I am, either.
Lives in Mexico, apparently.

Kevin MacPhee, he is a bit of a machine! Pretty sure he is from USA but moved to play online.
Not one to tangle with needlessly IMO.

End of level one, 10,300.
Shame I have that chap to my immediate left, he is a proper pain, in the nicest possible way. A gent, too, but a proper bugger to be directly OOP to.

Yes, deffo an American.
No plans to mess with him, but I think he will give me credit for hands, as he is bound to tag me as a nit. Pop tendencies, and all that.

IMALUCSAC I think he usually goes by, $4m+ in cashes on stars alone. He is a holdem specialist but his PLO and PLO8 game is strong. On the plus side PLO is probably his weakest game but that isn't saying too much really.
