Level 9 began, I made it 2,200 with A-Q-3-2 hhcc, Mr Tight flatted me.

It came Q-J-9ss and my man led out.

I had TP TK but he looked so confident, and I found a nit fold, and was shown the nut straight with 2 spades.

Phew, bullet dodged, but can't afford to raise fold many more times now.

Insta bounce back when my suited kings turn the nut flush.

22,000 @ 400-800.

Falling like flies now, 180 left, and that assumes the plasma is up to date.

The lovely sound of plastic chip trays being distributed tells us another table has broken, so that must take us to around 170.

My table will be breaking soon, too, it will be third to break.

Shame in a way, as I know where I am on this table,and I have built an image which may have come in handy soon. Still, it will be nice to not have Mr Lucksac sat to my left.

The clinky clank of chip trays signals another table breaking, 161 left now.

And in even better news, I am up to the giddy heights of 32,000.

And in surprise news, after moving up to 35,000, I am bang on average. It's a rare day when I can say that in level 10.

The thing has slowed down a bit, and it won't get near the money tonight, contrary to what I thought earlier.

In other news, I was due to play somewhere else tomorrow, PH I think, but will have to swerve that. More money saved.
